How can you MODEL technology implementation?

• Use Google Hangout, FaceTime, Skype or Lync during professional development sessions to bring in outside experts.
• Use Lync to host short meetings within your district rather than pull administrators out of their building.
• Use screen casting tools to record announcements/updates for staff and allow them to view anytime and anywhere.
• Use collaborative documents (Google Docs, Titan Pad, Edu Pad) during meetings. Paste the agenda on the document and encourage the group to take collaborative notes.
• Use Google Forms to collect input from staff or feedback following a professional development session.
• Use a backchannel (Todays Meet) during meetings. Allow for and encourage rich discussion during meetings.
• Use a wiki as the launching point for each meeting. Post your agenda on a wiki with links and files embedded. Link all collaborative docs you may be using for the meeting.
